Major Subdivision - Flexible Design Residential Project

Assessor's Plat 47-2, Lot 120 - Corner of South Road & Curtis Corner Road
The applicant is proposing to subdivide the existing parcel into sixteen (16) lots for residential development as a Flexible Design Residential Project (FDRP) with access via a private roadway. Of these parcels, fifteen (15) are proposed to be developed as single-family residences and one (1) proposed to be developed as a duplex. The applicant proposes to provide three (3) affordable units on two (2) of these parcels (one single-family dwelling on Lot 2 and the proposed duplex on Lot 16).

Current Status:The Public Hearing for this application has been continued to the Planning Board meeting on December 13, 2022.
