Proposed subdivision to reallocate land area between these two (2) parcels by conveying and reassigning ownership of existing legal record lots. Due to nonconformance with lot area requirements, this application requires relief through the UDR process in the form of a lot area variance to allow the creation/modification of a substandard lot of record.
