The applicant is proposing to demolish the existing structure and construct a new 2,836 square foot structure to be used as a bank with associated parking, utilities and stormwater drainage improvements. However, in order to do so the applicant has proposed a Zoning Text Amendment to allow accessory drive-up window use within the Commercial Highway (CH) Zoning District.
