The subject property received approval on July 21, 2017 for the construction of the Westerly Community Credit Union building and associated site improvements. Said improvements were completed in 2018. The applicant is proposing to construct eight (8) additional parking spaces off the eastern side of the travel lane that provides vehicular circulation around the building and the parking lot. The applicant is also proposing to supplement this construction with additional plantings and landscape improvements.
