The unit mix is proposed to have nine (9) four-bedroom and two 2-bedroom units and two (2) two bedroom units. One (1) four-bedroom unit and one (1) two-bedroom unit will be designated affordable and rented at 80% of AMI and one of the two bedrooms will be handicap adaptable.
